Great location, close to public transportation and key attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist with any queries or concerns. Comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities.
Some areas of the hotel could benefit from a renovation and a thorough cleaning. Slow response in returning the deposit, took longer than stated on the website.

Stayed at this apartment for a few nights and it served as a perfect base for exploring. The location is great, with a tram line into the city center just a short walk away. The apartment itself was tidy and comfortable, with beds that were fairly comfortable. The staff were helpful and quick to respond to any questions before our stay. a well-priced option for a 5 person apartment.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

just returned from a stay in nottingham, was pleasantly surprised by windermere house. clean and tidy, beds were comfy. great location, close to tram line into city centre. staff were quick to respond to pre-stay questions. worth it for a budget-friendly base to sleep.
